The doctoral research program aims at the transdisciplinary research of psychosocial impacts of migration and flight in the light of precarious social conditions and frameworks. The qualitative studies focus on family relationships, adolescent processes and generational dynamics in the context of flight and migration. Dissertation projects can be conducted in the fields of sociology and social-psychology, educational research on educational biographies, developmental psychology as well as in clinical psychoanalysis and medicine/psychosomatics.
